We take a holistic approach to ensure we promote overall wellbeing alongside specific treatments to give you the best chance possible to get back to your normal.
Working With Us
Subjective assessment
A thorough subjective assessment and medical history will be taken in order to understand you as a person, and how your issue is impacting you.
Objective assessment
A full physical assessment will follow, including global function testing, specific joint and muscle tests and tests of the nervous system.
Treatment
The findings of the assessment will then be discussed and a plan created to move forward and commence treatment.

About Your Physiotherapist
I qualified from university with a first class degree in physiotherapy in early 2021 and have since worked full-time in the NHS and part-time with MP Physiotherapy. Before this I spent many years working as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning Coach. In my free time, I like to spend time with my wife, Emma, and cat, Duke, and participate in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practice as well as gym training.
Qualifications

- Level 3 Personal Trainer
- Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach
Facilities
MP Physiotherapy has a fully equipped, professional clinical room and a private gym facility. The clinical room is on the first floor. If stairs are a problem, there is a clinical set up available on the ground floor.
There are toilets available on both the ground and first floor.
